Watch. This. Sermon. Today. – Voddie Baucham – Centrality of the Home

VODDIE BAUCHAM – Centrality of the Home

You must take the time to watch this sermon!   It is full of such great honest and humorous teaching on the family and what we have come to believe from our culture verses what is taught in God’s Word.  We enjoyed it so much and gained so much encouragement and conviction from it.  If you are single, married with no children, married with children, or married with children that are grown, this applies.  It could change the way you view family and change the course of many lives.

Check out the book, Family Driven Faith:  Doing What It Takes to Raise Sons and Daughters Who Walk with God, written by Voddie Baucham as well.  He is a wonderful teacher and advocate for the family.  The description on Amazon is bellow.

“Family Driven Faith equips Christian parents with the tools they need to raise children biblically in a post-Christian, ant-ifamily society. Voddie Baucham, who with his wife has overcome a multigenerational legacy of broken and dysfunctional homes, shows that God has not left us alone in raising godly children.

This bold book is an urgent call to parents—and the church—to return to biblical discipleship in and through the home. This paperback edition includes a new preface and a study guide to facilitate interaction in small-group settings and to help parents put principles into practice.”
